Why does each day of the week have an orixá?

In Umbanda, each day of the week is dedicated to an Orixá, and the custom is to greet them, wear their color, and light a candle on their day. It is a simple way to keep spirituality present in your routine, not just in the giras.

The table for this game follows the most common tradition, the same as the article days of the week of the Orixás. It is not a single truth: Candomblé and Umbanda houses have their own tables, and that is how it should be.
