2. Who publishes
The site is maintained by Joia Mística Laroyê, CNPJ 66.624.091/0001-44, a religious goods shop located at R. Benedito Zingari, 460 - Bela Vista, Extrema - MG, CEP 37642-130. The editorial content is signed by Joice Mística, priestess and spiritual consultant.
3. The nature of what we publish
The content of this site is informative, cultural, and religious. It documents African-rooted traditions, herbs, rituals, and spiritual practices as living heritage, and does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other regulated professional care.
No text here promises a cure, guaranteed result, financial gain, or solution for a health problem. If you face a physical or mental health issue, seek a qualified professional. In case of emergency, call 192 (SAMU) or 188 (CVV, emotional support, 24 hours, free).
3.1. Herbs and baths
Articles about herbs describe their traditional and ritual use. They are not phytotherapeutic prescriptions. Plants can cause allergic reactions, interact with medications, and be dangerous during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children. Consult a health professional before ingesting any preparation.
3.2. Religious Respect
We describe practices of Umbanda, Candomblé, Quimbanda, Batuque, Jurema, Catholicism, Spiritism and other traditions based on what the communities themselves teach. There is no hierarchy between religions on this site, and each house has its own foundation: what you read here is the most widespread version, and it does not replace the guidance of your leader.
4. Oracles, tests and Virtual Candle
The pages for discovering Orixá, spirit, ruling Exu (Eshu) and indicated ritual bath, as well as the Virtual Candle and Community Altar, are tools for reflection and devotion. The results are generated by pre-written combinations and do not constitute a spiritual consultation, diagnosis, or future prediction. A true reading happens in a face-to-face consultation, with the person in front of you.
By using the Virtual Candle, you agree not to publish content that:
- offends, threatens, defames, or incites hatred against a person, group, or religion;
- exposes personal data of third parties (full name, address, phone, CPF);
- has a commercial purpose, advertising, or spam;
- is illegal or asks for the practice of an illegal act against someone.
We may remove any content from the community altar that violates these rules, without prior notice.
5. Purchases and consultations
This site is an editorial space: there is no cart, checkout, or payment here. Product sales and consultation scheduling happen at the physical store or via WhatsApp, and each negotiation follows the Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990), including the right of withdrawal within seven days for purchases made outside the establishment.
Prices and availability mentioned in articles are references from the time of publication and may change. It is worth confirming before.
6. Copyright
The texts, the images, the audio narrations, the code and the visual identity of this site are protected by Law 9.610/1998 and belong to Joia Mística Laroyê, unless otherwise indicated.
You may share the link of any page, cite short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source, and print for personal use.
You may not copy entire articles to another site, remove the author's signature, use the images commercially or feed commercial training bases of language models without written authorization.
Chants, points and prayers in the public domain are reproduced as cultural records, with indication of the source when known. If you are a rights holder of any material published here and want correction or removal, contact us: we resolve it quickly.
Third-party image credits
Not everything here is ours, and what is not ours is credited. The Candomblé symbol used on the site, the ofá (the bow and arrow of Oxóssi (Oshosi)), is derived from the file Ofá candomblé.svg, authored by Chronus, published on Wikimedia Commons under the license Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International. We made changes: the filling now inherits the color of the context and the fixed dimensions were removed so the symbol follows the size of each screen. The seven-pointed star of Umbanda and the trident of Quimbanda were designed by us.
7. External links and advertising
The site displays advertisements and contains links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, offers, or privacy practices of those destinations. Cookie and advertising details are in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and limits of liability
We work to keep the site online and the content correct and updated, without promising uninterrupted operation or absence of errors. The site may go offline for maintenance or due to third-party failure.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages resulting from the use or the impossibility of use of the site, nor for decisions you make based on the content published here. The choice to follow a religious practice, a ritual bath, or a guidance is yours.

We may revise this text at any time. The date at the top indicates the last revision, and continuing to use the site after it means accepting the current version.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The forum of the district of Extrema, Minas Gerais is elected to resolve any issue, without prejudice to the consumer's right to choose the forum of their domicile.
