Heart tea: 1 medium leaf chopped in 300ml of boiling water, covered for 10 minutes. Drink one cup per day, in the afternoon, for a maximum of 15 consecutive days.

Strain the herbs gently and take the ritual bath from the neck down after your usual hygiene.
