What the quiz asks
The questions come from the blog articles and cover what is seen in the gira and in the xirê: the greeting of each orixá (orisha), the tool he carries, the food he receives, and some precepts, such as the salt that does not go in the offering of Oxalá (Obatala).
The question bank leaves out what changes from house to house. The color of Ogum (Ogun), for example, is red in many Umbanda houses and green or dark blue in Ketu Candomblé, and a question with a single answer would be unfair to both.
Each answer brings a link to the original article. After playing, try the Orixás memory game to fix the greetings.
