Comes from the liturgy of the Coptic Christians of Egypt and is in the appendix of the Compendium of the Catechism. It asks for peace, forgiveness, and healing of the soul and body.

O King of peace, grant us your peace and forgive our sins. Drive away the enemies of the Church and defend it, so that it may not perish.

Emanuel, our God, is among us in the glory of the Father and the Holy Spirit. May He bless us, purify our hearts, and heal the diseases of the soul and the body.

We worship you, O Christ, with your merciful Father and the Holy Spirit, because you came near to us and saved us.
