I confess to Almighty God

Confiteor

It is the humble confession of one's own sins before God and the brothers, prayed at the beginning of the mass. The second formula asks for the help of the saints of heaven.

I confess to Almighty God and to you, my brothers, that I have sinned many times by my thoughts and words, by my acts and omissions, through my fault, my fault, my most grievous fault.
